I have been working in the BPO Industry for 15 years now and was able to handle different line of businesses such as Sales, Customer Service, Collections, Retention, Back office to Admin Assistance since I was given the opportunity to work as HR Assistant Manager for a BPO Company as well. I also had the experience working as a Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate Company in the Us and did part time jobs for Australian accounts and in Amazon US as chat HR Representative.
