Mark Agullana

I am currently working at Accenture, Inc as Project, Program and Service Management senior analyst and doing performance management, governance, change management, incident and problem management, risk and compliance, and service management of a project, program or contracted service. I was a former operations lead or service delivery lead for a leading American Healthcare Insurance company. I got my level 1 American Health Insurance Plans certification. I handled Provider Data Management. I worked as subject matter expert, trainer and quality support. I also managed work inventory, intraday operations and support functions. All these in my 7 years of solid BPO experience with Accenture. I was also a business advisory for the team leading the innovation, automation and other similar initiatives that will deliver value savings and value add to the client.

I am also leading a non-stock, non-profit organization helping less fortunate children and aging across the Philippines, Unbound Manila Project, Inc (international name: Unbound) as their President of Board of Trustees. As President of Board of Trustees, I am responsible in its legal and financial compliance to the local and state laws as well as protecting and promoting the image of the organization and ensuring that all its programs and services are delivered to the members accordingly.

While a young BPO Professional and President of Board of Trustees of an organization, I am also a taking my master's degree at Polytechnic University of the Philippines Graduate School, main campus under Master in Educational Management program with 39 units credited and just recently passed the comprehensive examination. I am on my thesis writing stage and expected to graduate by February 2018.
