I have experience working within project controls and project support for a large blue chip
organisation (EDF Energy) including experience with SAP, P6, IMS, and Excel(advanced) using these tools
for financial reporting and monitoring on a daily to monthly basis. I have dealt with requisitions, downturns,
budget shuffles and cost engineering. I have also managed budgets ranging from £50,000 to £1.3million,
including budget control and governance reporting and regularly engagement with stakeholders from Project
Managers to International Departmental managers also many of these projects were supported simultaneously
as many as 10-15 at a time. I have experience and understanding with Prince 2 methodologies and Project
Lifecycle. I have been involved with departmental business planning (5year MTP), ensuring that in-year
projects are within sanction, have the correct internal resources allocated and the correct levels of financial
governance. I have regularly attended, participated, presented and actioned Project meetings to a high level of
competence at many levels of management. I have experience in the risk aspect of projects with the use of
RAID logs in order improve systems currently in use. I also have experience in project planning and I have
recently underpinned my experience with qualifications in Primavera, I am also proficient in the use of
Microsoft Office.
Following years of building and successfully maintaining my own business and my more recent experience
working within EDF, I have developed strong skills in liaising with and maintaining good working relationships
with a wide variety of professionals, private companies, stakeholders and clients/customers. I have strong
problem-solving skills and I constantly seek to underpin my experience with the appropriate qualifications. I am
