I currently do contract content development for a mathematics education website, writing
questions, explanations, and developing interactive content, to help students understand
mathematics.

My wife and I opened a Kip McGrath Tutoring Franchise, and we successfully grew the
business, winning the HIghest Lesson Growth award at our bianual conference. We’ve now
sold the business.

Training Centre Manager, Circa
As the Training Centre Manager I lead the creation and implementation of a diverse
training program. Every day Circa runs an impressive training program for children, young
people and adults in Brisbane at their professional studio, in schools and with corporate,
community and cultural partners throughout Queensland and beyond. I utilized my high
level leadership and management skills to build a quality program, supported by a solid
business model ensuring the sustainability and signi cance of the program.

During this time there were various points where I was full time and part time.

I worked as a casual tutor of first year mathematics at the University of Western Sydney.

During 2008 and 2009, and throughout the years since 2004, I worked at various schools

After my successful two terms in a temporary full time role, I was offered this part time
temporary role, which was perfectly suited to balance out with my side career as an
entertainer.

This was for term 3 and 4, working under Lyn Paton who was another excellent head
teacher.
2005

This was for term 2 to 4, working under Sue Berry who was another excellent head teacher.

This was a glorious experience working under a fantastic head teacher, Ian Maitland. I left
because I wanted to pursue travel and performance opportunities in my side career as an
entertainer.

This was my first year of teaching, during which I learned a lot about education.-
Gymnastics and Acrobatics Coach
Whilst being a coach and senior performer, I also helped with choreography and
organisation for performances, including representing Australia at the 1999 World
Gymnaestrada, Sweden.
