I have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Technology. I am currently seeking work in Transcription and customer care service or related tasks. I am also able to do social media analysis using Keyhole for business, whatever the size, and recommend areas that require improvement for more engagement and reach of users.

I have previously worked as a customer service attend for a telecom company. Among the duties that I handled were SEO content writing for their website, transcription of customer’s call before they were archived and speaking directly to the customer, and offering them a solution to their queries.

I strive to fulfill my client’s needs and meet deadlines for any jobs given. I have a high-speed internet connection that would enable me to be easily reachable and can also be online as required by the job demands. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Access.

I am to deliver quality transcription and captioning within a turnaround time of 24 hours for a two hour audio or video file.
