Mark Paul Daroy

I had over 15 years work experience in software QA/testing field for both Manual and Automation on both Web and Mobile application. I have a good experience in project management and test management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, Quality Center, TestRail, Azure DevOps. I also have a good experience in Github and other repository tools for our Automation test linked to CI/CD having experience in Jenkins and Saucelabs for our Automation suite on the pipeline. I'm also well capable of API Testing using POSTMan collection and Swagger. I'm also knowledgeable also in creating automation test scripts using HP UFT/QTP, Selenium, WebDriver.io, Katalon, GhostInspector and Cypress.

My QA career started with NCR Corporation as Software Tester II, ensuring high level of qualiy for a web-based application for our client Amtrak on their warehousing management platform, we used HP UFT back then for our automation regression suite and HP Quality Center for our project management and defect management.

Moving on for a career advancement, I joined another company to ensure top level quality for a web-based application for healthcare, medication, prescription management for CVS Caremark. I mentored fellow QA members in

QA Automation frameworks using HP UFT and Quality Center creating, maintaining, running our regression suite.

Then I shifted to freelancing, I worked for several companies online. I helped Yatango Mobile Australia release a high quality web application for their customer online CMS, billing and promotions platform for their end users. I worked as a QA Team leader for a small QA of 4 across regions and collaborated efforts for every cycles

I then joined ZAPBI in testing a business intelligence and data analytics platform transforming data into visualization. I helped ensure our web and moble based application delivers with high quality across multiple data sources like MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP and more.

I then joined SafeCulture in manually testing our mobile application iAuditor across multiple devices, screen sizes and view orientations.

I then joined SoftNAS, a Storage application across multiple platform like AWS, Azure, VmWare. I helped our web storage managment application under AWS and Azure platform ensuring high quality release. 

I then moved to Realware as QA Lead, a Software development company insuring our CMS application is delivered in great quality. Our application is comparable to Wordpress, a very easily yet scalable drag and drop content delivery to our clients. I managed a small team of manual and automation QA and created our automation regression suite using Webdriver.io.

I then joined Pathable and helped ensure our web-based virtual events application for both Admin and events users application. I also helped in creating our automation regression suite using Cypress

I'm currently working with EmsiSoft(A anti-malware, anti-virus company). I help ensure and validate our tickets commited on each sprints, validated defects fixes, created bug tickets using Azure Devops. I also helped in creating our automation regression suite using Microsoft Nunit framework utilizing Selenium using C# as a language. I worked as both Manual and Automation QA Engineer.

Overall, I had experience leading a QA team, testing for functional, regression, responsive, integration testing, as well as defect management processes. I can communicate well with others and can collaborate across different teams.
