Hi, good day dear employers! I am here looking for a job where I can share my knowledge and expirience specially as a customer service representative, inbound voice and non voice like email and message us tasks. I been working in BPO industry for the total of almost 5 years now. I love assisting customers specifically online shop, retail account and also I had an HR back ground as a secretary for 5 years and also 5 years in sales and marketing in a certain radio station or in media industry. I also went abroad in United Arab Emirates working as a all rounder beautician, I am also a Nail Technician that is what most of the girls here and abroad love about me I can do everything for their hair and nails. That is also my other skills. I love talking and persuading people on the product or services that I have and always get their trust and I really value it and give always my best not to fail their expectations.
