My first technical support experience is for a fiber optic internet design installation and activation for business accounts, i was a subject matter expert
I then move to a different company and worked as a tier 2 technical suppor a cable internet, we diagnose from the cables connection down to the modem and we even check our custoners computers speed, check for any harware or software issues, performance etc.
I currently work as a technical support for a cable TV and is currently a subject matter expert.
I am hard working and i work with less supervision
