Over 9 years of experience in Administrative support and Customer Service. Working in a BPO industry allowed me to learn how to work in a dynamic environment and over-deliver, to work flawless with little or any supervision, and to develop a keen eye for detail. Virtual Assistant - My expertise is in e-Commerce platform support doing all-around tasks. 

This includes answering customer concerns, Updating stock, logistics, and overall 

management of the inventory.
