I have been a customer service representative for two years in SITEL and also a virtual assistant for almost three years in US Global Tech (Home based). My work experiences helped me develop the skills to deliver impeccable service towards clients. As a customer service representative, I was responsible in taking inbound calls and answering customers inquiries, addressing their concerns or complaints, assisting customers who want to subscribe to our newspaper plans and try to up sell their subscription for both old and new clients. For my virtual assistant job experience, I do follow up calls on our new and previous sales. Respond to customer concerns via phone, chat (LiveChat) and email using my previous company's account. For those customers who want to be called after the chat for further assistance, their information is securely entered on our CRM. I also keep track of chat traffic; sales made by each agent and their attendance as well and make monthly schedules by department using Google spreadsheet.
