I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 9 years now and I have been to different roles that taught me the skills and expertise that I currently have.

I have been supporting customer service financial accounts and I have been managing site performance in terms of Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score. I started as an agent and moved as a team leader so I also know how to manage people. Data analysis and trends is second nature to me. I am LEAN certified and trained for Six Sigma so I am knowledgeable in Process Improvement. I have transitioned different accounts to the Philippines and I have created Process Maps for different clients. 

I have been part of Training and Learning & Development that's why I have excellent written and oral English communication skills. I have worked with different clients before and I was able to efficiently and effectively communicate with them. I learn and master processes fast that's why I have been sent to the US twice to transition and train new hires. I am also skilled in creating business reports and training modules. 

I am proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. I am knowledgeable in Google Suite, Asana, Trello and messaging tools like Skype, Slack, etc. I am also knowledgeable in using Canva and Photoshop.
