I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 9 years now and I have been to different roles that taught me the skills and expertise that I currently have.
I have been supporting customer service financial accounts and I have been managing site performance in terms of Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score. I started as an agent and moved as a team leader so I also know how to manage people. Data analysis and trends is second nature to me. I am LEAN certified and trained for Six Sigma so I am knowledgeable in Process Improvement.
