·        Generate various reports by querying from database as per needed

·        Perform both automated and manual software testing using a testing environment and JSON for web-based programs

·        Documents or records any errors discovered during the testing period

·        Verify data from the database

·        Keep track of issues and report them to the developer

·        Keep track of whether the developer has addressed the issue reported

·        Responsible for securing company’s files

·        Maintains SharePoint firewall and security

·        Manage and revises the layout of the site

·        Troubleshoot issues promptly

·        Provides technical support for SharePoint Users

·        Holds training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint
