I am a strong believer of customer satisfaction being the key of a long-term relationship with our valued customers.

I've been working in a BPO industry as a customer support for a total of 4 years and 4 months and proud to excel on this type of business. I gained a lot of awards for giving exemplary performance to my customers. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customer's needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. As a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate, I am well-rounded when it comes to technical troubleshooting and software programming too.

Being a dreamer and doer, I am very eager to learn a lot of things. That is why I have acquainted myself with a range of skills that will allow me to blend with your firm. I believe that my strong experience/ internship training and capabilities will make me a very competitive candidate for any position that suits with the education I earned. 

It is important for me to build a long term relationship with my clients, so I am primarily looking for long term projects. 

I am pretty flexible with respect to working hours. Deadlines are sacred for me and I will review your content as many times as it takes for it to exceed your expectations and I'm happy to work closely with any existing freelancers you work with.
