• Updating the weekly report about the status of International Purchases since start of the year to the General
Manager.
• Daily update of files with the recent incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Maintaining Department facilities: stationary – photo copier – Fax machine – Telephones.
• Handling primary correspondences with supplier with regard to new samples.
• Processing the new samples market study with the concerned Sales Division/section.
• Negotiating prices and other terms with the International Supplier and reaching a final Proforma Invoice
(according to directions of the Commercial Manager).
• Preparing the International Purchasing Order and getting due signatures.
• Handing over the final P/I and the IPO to the concerned colleague in the Commercial Department.
• Handling the regular daily correspondences with International Suppliers
• Providing International Suppliers with sales & stock reports - after getting due approvals from Commercial
Manager and G.M.
• Providing International Suppliers with purchases forecasts - after getting due approvals from Commercial
Manager and G.M.
• Organizing and coordinating the visits of International Suppliers to the Kingdom.
