I've worked as an Outbound Customer Service representative for a year and a half. As an appointment setter i have called and set appointments for my clients who offer a wide variety of IT services such as, Cloud Computing, SaaS, Web hosting, Web development, POS systems, etc. I've also handled Call to invite campaigns and have had some experience in Inbound Sales as a Tech Support for T-Mobile UK. I've called for clients mainly in Asia Pacific from Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and UK.

I also had the opportunity to be a part of the sales team who call clients who are interested in telemarketing services for a year.

My work experience did not only make me acquire the necessary technical skills but it also challenged and improved my interpersonal skills as the job requires me to work with a team and interact with various clients.
