I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 10 years providing different types of services to customers from all over the world. Supported different accounts through calls, chat and emails.
I started as an agent/ representative and got promoted as a quality analyst providing feedback to both clients and operations. Attended different meetings to discuss ways to improve programs supported while I was an analyst.
I was promoted as a Team Leader before I resigned to be a full time mother.
