I work in FMCG industry and my key role is to drive revenue and profit for the company by developing and managing the brand equity (brand awareness and recall, brand loyalty, brand image, brand associations, brand assets, and market share) of the brands I handle (Splenda Furniture Polish, Porma Shoe Care, Ambree Air Freshener & Clareo Dishwashing Liquid). I give brand and product direction to the sales team, research and development team, supply chain team, production team, and other critical departments for the overall growth of the brands being managed. I spearhead the conceptualization, development, and implementation of marketing plans for assigned brands and products under the Homecare Business Unit. In-charge in product and packaging development of existing/new products and its selling features. Launches online and offline (trade) promotional activities and merchandising programs in conjunction with the Sales Department. Prepares, controls, and monitors the brand's annual budget and marketing plans.
