- Calling clients to collect overdue payments
- Sending quotations to clients
- Handling of payslips
- Updating daily attendance register
- In charge of petty cash
- Updating daily invoice sheets
- Filing
- In charge of staff paperwork, leave and sick leave
- Check emails and responding when necessary
- Ordering stock when necessary
- Scheduling Site Visits
- Scheduling meetings with clients
- Answering telephone and transferals Dealing with accounts
queries.
