My experiences working in a Business Process Outsourcing company for three years gives me the advantage to gain more knowledge when it comes to service. As soon as the client email, chat or phone in their request for a task, I should work on it and deliver it on time. I can work under pressure and in less supervision. I also learned that customer experience matters and their satisfaction gives me the edge to work for another task with confident and competence. I can adopt in a fast face environment and done multitasking job. I can use different tools depending on the clients need.
