Melania Chira

I'm a master graduate in English for Children and Teenagers and I also studied German in University. I lived in Germany for almost 3 years and I can say that my time there made me the person I am today. In addition to improving my German I grew a lot as an individual. I am hard working and very responsible, I don't like to fool around when I have a job to do. I am very good with deadlines, I can even say I work better under pressure and because I call myself a perfectionist I won't stop until my work is absolutely impeccable. Problem solving is a very good friend of mine and I learned it the hard way, when I started to work as a receptionist in Germany. I have never worked in a hotel before and second, I was in a foreign country but there were never complains about my work and I manage to resolve all the problems that have occurred. In parallel I did some translations for a dermatology company in Romania and they used to send the the documents via email. The translations were mainly medical ones but every now and then I would translate legal documents, books or short stories.

Now I am back in my home-country and I am a freelancer. I want to work from home because that suits me better from a lot of perspectives. I live in a small, mountain village and the job market is limited and a remote, online job would be perfect for me. I can do data entry, translation, research, article writing, customer support and even if it's something completely new, that's not a problem because I am a very quick learner and with a bit of training I can do anything. At the moment I am not employed but I have a small cake business and I sell the desserts to my friends and close acquaintances. It is not much but I'm very passionate about baking and is more like a hobby than a business. While we're at hobbies, I could tell you about my life from the point of view. I love sports and I'm a very active person. I also have a dirt bike and I practice hard Enduro, which is a very exhilarating sport but I am not afraid of a challenge and I even compete from time to time. When I'm not in the woods with my dirt bike, or in the gym heavy lifting, I'm reading books or improving my knowledge doing all kinds of researches.

I also started to teach English and German but only recently and I usually go to my students. I like working with children and I do have a lot of patience to thoroughly explain everything. I think working with children ca sometimes be difficult but I am always prepared and I take into account that every child is different and I cannot apply the same teaching plan to every student. At the same time it is very rewarding to see that the children are looking forward to your classes.

To sum up, I can tell about me that I'm diligent and resourceful and I can do anything if i put my mind to it. I learn fast and I adapt to every situation and I wouldn't stop looking for the perfect solution to a problem. I would work without rest to complete a requirement. I am very open to change and criticism and I love a good and constructive feedback.
