I took a short course about E-commerce and learned about the product sourcing and research, dropshipping, product listing, order fulfillment, refunds and exchanges and other admin tasks such as email management, office application, transcription, and data entry. E-commerce is something I would love to do and I'm looking for a long term business relationship with a client.

I also been in BPO company for 4 years and handled customer service for credit card application, US Telco Company and Walmart Online Store. I also worked in Japanese manufacturing company for 9 years. I started as production operator until I became Quality Assurance/Control Staff.
