Hi I am Melanie Kim, I have worked as a Property Manager so virtually I can help clients with managing the property's social media presence, I can design, maintain and post listings, I can verify and set up an appointment with prospective clients. I can do property research. I am able to respond to E-mail and chat inquiries. I can also make travel arrangements. Keeping a record of your budget and expenses is also included in my to-do list being an assistant.

I have good communication skills and a love for learning. I am not a know-it-all person but given the training and needed resources, I know that I will be able to deliver. Being a virtual assistant entails a lot of requirements with regard to skill and understanding of the role at hand. One should be able to provide business owners with the correct assistance for their needs. Since there is a wide variety of tasks and multiplicity, knowing how to multi-task is also necessary.
