I have experience as a Customer Service Representative Supervisor at Outsource Group, where he handled inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries and account management, resolved customers' complaints and concerns, and maintained customer records.

My background also includes a role as a Financial Advisor at Leadway Assurance Limited, where he provided information and advice to customers on insurance products, assisted in the processing of insurance claims, and developed new business opportunities.

I hold a BA in Agricultural Economics from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umuahia, Abia State. I also obtained certifications in Leadership and Entrepreneurial Training, Project Management Professional, Anti-Money Laundering, Information Security, and Customer Service.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, I am known for my excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I am a strong problem solver with attention to detail and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
