I am Melinda G. Ramos. I am a freelance virtual assistant who has gained years of experience as a product description writer and keyword researcher. But social media management is one of the top skills I am passionate about and want to focus on right now. As a matter of fact, I have undergone intensive training in the Department of Information and Communications Technology's Digital Jobs Ph Training Program's Social Media Management Course, for which I acquired the knowledge and skills that will help me complete your tasks in creating and managing multiple social media accounts, engaging with audiences on different social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and also know how to create relevant content, schedule posts, research hashtags, and calendar management, create graphic design, and do basic video editing.

I’m a self-starter, eager to take initiative, an excellent communicator, tech-savvy, and have an understanding of online business tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Trello, Asana, Google Spreadsheets and Docs, Microsoft Excel and Word, and Canva for graphic design. But if you prefer other online business tools, I am ready to train myself to get acquainted with them and use them efficiently.
