For almost 5 years now, I have been working as a Customer Service and Sales Associate for large Call Centers in the Philippines where I served as a high-level Resolution Specialist. This is where I gained the knowledge and experience that I have now to effectively perform the job.

I also worked as a Real Estate Agent, calling outbound to generate leads. Apart from that, I was also a part of an Outbound Sales Team for an Online Reputation Firm calling business owners to sell and promote our service.

My experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company.

I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
