✔CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERT - I've worked in a call center for almost 7 years. I've learned a lot of techniques to provide the best customer service experience to possible customers.

✔COACH | TEAM LEADER - I've been promoted as a Team Leader from my first employer, and coaching and monitoring agents are part of my responsibility to ensure they are on their toes to hit the metrics. It was an honor to make leaders from my team. My team's success is as well as my success.

✔BASIC EXCEL - I know using Excel as I've been using Excel for almost 7 years as part of my daily deliverables. Entering my agent's data; Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Quality Analysis Evaluation Result, and production Time.

✔TIME MANAGEMENT - I'm able to finish my deliverables on time at work and in school. As a breadwinner, I need to work wisely and at the same time attend to my classes.

✔TYPING - I can type 60 words per minute as I was trained to use a typewriter when I was in high school.

✔INFORMATIONAL INFOGRAPHICS - I can do basic infographics, and would be able to unlock my creativity to paid application or site.

✔PSYCHOLOGY STUDENT - I'm studying AB-Psychology at the University of Cebu here in the Philippines. I will be able to finish my degree this 2021.
