I am Melody, and I have been in the corporate world for 7 years. I worked as a Sales Assistant for 5 years at Azalea Vacation Club, It is a Real Estate Industry here in the Philippines. We are the marketing arm of 8990 Holdings Inc. and we handled Hotel Membership or Timesharing.
As a Sales Assistant, my primary duty is more on administrative tasks.
· I used to monitor and update our Daily Sales Report.
· Manage Masterfile where I can input personal information of our Members & Agents.
· Process documentation before and after sales.
· Prepare monthly Incentives for qualified business partners/agents.
· Update monthly schedule of activities of the Sales Manager.
· Handle phone inquiries, prepare Project Work Plan and Liquidate expense report and,
· Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Sales Manager from time to time.
After that, I also worked as a Credit Card Sales Officer for 2 years at Union bank of the Philippines.
As a Credit Card Sales Officer, my duties and responsibilities are:
· I am responsible for the daily and monthly Sales target.
· Develop and maintain key external client relationships.
· Engage and educate customers on product usage and benefits.
· Update and manage databases with accurate profiles and relevant information.
Skills that I can use to be successful in this field;
I have strong Administrative skills. Self-motivated.
Have strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
I have the initiative to do the task without prior advice.
Fast learner, I am a positive and trusted person.
Tech savvy. I am knowledgeable in software applications such as; MS Word, Spreadsheet/Excel, Outlook and Presentation.
