I’ve been working as a Plant Admin and Finance Adming at the same for 3 years. As a plant admin I must keep track on all the operations in the business. Finance admin as well I will be working closely to the inflow and outflow of the budget. In 3 years time I am also encoding most of the work orders/ job orders in the system. Now, I am working as an administrative assistant in another company for 1 year and 2 months. I am merely doing data entry and emails. I must keen to details as my work is related to safety, one mistake can ruin the whole operation. I must also focused on some emails that needs urgent action.
