I've worked with the leading BPOs in the Philippines such as Teletech ( Technical Support / British Sky Broadband / from 2006 to 2007 ), Advanced Contact Solutions ( Quality Assurance Officer / US Airways / 2007 to 2008 ), Convergys ( Technical Support Representative / AT & T U-Verse / 2008 to 2009 ), American Auto Glass Association ( Home based / Customer Service Representative / 2009 to 2010 ) and Bluemont Networks ( Technical Support Representative / Wireless Internet Service / 2010 up to present ). With all of the positions I have handled, I have undergone numerous training and seminars that have helped me a lot in dealing with different kinds of customers as well as in resolving their issues and complaints. I also have enough experience in dealing with different types of customers through VOIP and email/chat. I am a team player and still eager to learn new things.
