I currently work at Target in the role of Service & Engagement Team Lead Co-Op Intern, where I am learning the following:

I have worked at the University of Nevada, Reno as a Resident Assistant, where I am learned the following:

● Developed para-professional counseling skills to comfort residents and peers.

● Successfully created a community that is diverse and understands each other.

● Provided a safe and comfortable environment that encourages personal comfort.

● Managed a floor of 62 residents, and assist in the managing of the building full of 1,400 college students.

● Learned to plan and put on both education and social programs that fit the needs of the residents.

● Navigated peer to peer relationships with a staff of 48 fellow students.

I have worked at Kohls as a Store Management Intern, where I am learned the following:

● Led and inspired teams to drive results while maintaining our values.

● Managed the store functions of merchandising, sales, scheduling, payroll, and operations
