I am Michael Joshua H Gatmaitan, from Sta. Isabel Malolos, Bulacan. 30 years of age, happily married and blessed with a baby boy. I am an under graduate with a course of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, finished a special course in one of the top IT school in the Philippines with a . I am very skilled when it comes to Hardware trouble shooting and Software installations and repairs since I previously owned an Internet Café. I normally browse the web looking for updates with software and hardware setups. I love building new “RIG” for myself and also offering myself when my friends are looking for a new setup with their desktops and laptops. My past time is surfing the internet searching for modifications and tweaks regardless if that is hardware or software. Loves watching updates with the technology trend and playing MOBA games in the PC just like League of Legends and in the mobile phone as well like Mobile Legends and Destiny of Thrones. I love competing with players because that makes me a stronger individual when I compete with them and win the battle.

I previously worked as a medical encoder (clerk) in a hospital here in the Philippines; my responsibilities are recording all documents that are being given to me by our recording staffs and transferring it in a computer for record purposes I’ve been in this type of work since I started studying college. After working in a hospital I’ve been a Technical and Customer Service Representative in various companies here in the Philippines; I am knowledgeable and fluent in communicating using American English language (U.S. and AUS) and have tons of experience in handling calls. I took in calls since 2009 handled calls for a financial institution in the United States, also took in calls for a top health insurance company in the U.S. which I was promoted as Level 2 Representative and handling authorizations for the members of the insurance card and also do callbacks for a follow up supervisor calls. The last company that I’ve been with was with the top ranking cable company in Australia. I took in calls since 2009 and was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert with my skills.
