I'm Mori and I've been with BPO industry for more than 7 years. I've functioned as Tech support, Customer service representative and Content Moderator. I've been with companies like IBM, UnitedHealth Group and Cognizant. My previous position is Quality Analyst where I audit agent's cases. The reason why I'm looking for another opportunity is because my current employer decides to go back on site and operate there moving forward. I've been working at home since they launched the WFH setup back in March 17, 2020. Been working remotely for more than 2 years now and this is the setup I would like to have in my future career. I am not looking for a short term employment so I am willing to learn and perform with all my heart out
