I have been in the BPO industry for 14 years. I have a wide range of experience from classroom training, leadership development and operations management. I am always curious to what new technologies can offer but at the same time rely on traditional steps that get the job done. I am a data-driven person and loves to analyze numbers to help people grow in the function that they do.
