UX/UI Designer
XTM International Ltd, Poznań (PL)
While working in XTM I was responsible for a redesign of the XTM Cloud. It is a cloud based Translation
Management System used by GAP, Toyota, Blizzard etc. It has been established in 2002, and its design didn’t
change a lot from then untill 2016. Archaic look of this massive system and lot of custom functions that needed some
outside the box approach made it the biggest UX/UI achievement of my life.

For several years I have also worked as a freelance UX Designer and Web Consultant. In my portfolio I have got
all range of projects - from naming and creating visual identities of companies, through landing pages and wordpress
sites to advanced e-commerce platforms. I’m very proud of a design and implementation of a social platform
for political activists (1godzina.pl - ~7000 users). It was widely commented in Poland as a very good example
of internet media use by political party.

Project Manager
Interactive Solutions/Saatchi&Saatchi digital, Poznań (PL)
Working there as a Project Manager my main duty was to plan and provide low/high fidelity mockups and clickable
prototypes for clients such as Toyota, Sommersby or Procter Gamble (Oral-B, Olay). After my Axure job was done
I had to wrap everything together, plan and control work of developers and graphic designers till the project launch.
2010/11 - 2012/03
IT Project Manager / UX Designer
Trojmiasto.pl, Gdańsk (PL)
Trojmiasto.pl is the biggest regional news portal in Poland. I was responsible for redesigning and creating new
subportals (like biznes.trojmiasto.pl, dom.trojmiasto.pl etc.) or dedicated mobile version of portal. Aside of taking
care of the readers layer I also worked on internal projects with editorial or sales departments. My biggest
achievement was design and implement with developers team a complex Classifieds-position bidding system.
After the launch, revenue from selling positions has increased by more than 500% (1200% the highest sell revenue).
It was also the time I started using Axure RP.
