Michelle Jean Divino

I am Michelle Jean Divino, your Virtual Assistant. I am aiming to always improve my skills and knowledge. I discovered that I am good in terms of English communication, so I use it to apply as a call center agent. As I became tenured in the industry, I attained more skills than being good in English communication. As I was working, I discovered that I am very keen on details and a bit of a perfectionist while working. These purposeful efforts take fruit with my motivation to be more skilled.

As a goal-oriented person, I didn’t stop pursuing new skills. I attended different kinds of training and seminars to be more knowledgeable and meet skilled people to look up to. As of the moment, I can converse properly using the English language, and I’m equipped with some skills to use for my future jobs. As for customer support, I can say that I’m an assertive person. Being able to talk to strangers and help them with their issues while being frustrated is a very stressful environment but as a professional, I can still keep my cool and be confident since I know what I’m doing. As I was working with different kinds of people I also discovered to myself that I am an opinionated person. Every time there is a situation that contradicts my own knowledge or opinion, I always voice out what’s on my mind and explain further so there were no misunderstandings. I am an independent woman, in terms of as a person or working. I can work really well with minimal supervision and a decisive person in both personal and working habits. That makes me unique in my own way.
