As a case manager, I am highly trained in mediating disputes/claims and providing efficient and proper resolutions to customers. My deep experience as a customer service representative gives me the communication soft skills to talk and empathize with customers, making sure they know I am there to hear them out. Working with multiple tools from different accounts in my previous companies gives me the adaptation needed in this field. I want to utilize all the knowledge that I accumulated in the travel and hospitality sector to help any customer in need.
