My first job was as a technical support representative, I did remote server installation work and the occasional troubleshooting should problems occur at Azpired CDO. I then went to work as a customer support representative for Prime Synergy Solutions, helping customers troubleshoot any issues with their cellphones and services. Followed by working as a SDR agent for N.Rich, a SaaS company in the B2B business, conducting market research on leads and companies that fit their ICPs, doing LinkedIn outreach and email marketing. I’ve then worked as a CSR agent for LabFinder, handling chats, calls and emails, helping patients setup and book appointment like COVID tests, X-Rays, scans for various medical facilities, along with sorting and handling patient records. And currently, I am handling cold email marketing campaigns for clients, assuring deliverability, opens and clicks, and strategizing marketing campaigns and monitoring performance status of each running campaign.
