Miguel Luis Lagera

I am Migs. I have been a home based agent since 2016 for a website building company called Strikingly. My role with them was, I answered email and chat, plus I was the team's Quality Analyst. With the latter role, I was a floor walker or in other words, I was the one answering my team mates' question about the product so they can better assist their users. Also, I regularly check their responses to make sure that the company's standard is being kept. I am also part of the billing team, processing refunds from clients who have cancelled the account. I actually have 3 screens now because of the said previous role. It was necessary, because that's how hectic the role was.

I am very critical with what I do and make sure everything is done efficiently with great quality. I do not need much supervision, but I will ask question if needed. I take pride with what I do to make sure that the work I am doing will positively impact the image and services of the company.
