Greetings,

My life has led me to San Diego in pursuit of better opportunities to learn and perfect new skills while pursuing my degree in economics. Growing up in Hawaii and being engraved with the aloha spirit coincided with creating unforgettable experiences for customers. Working at Nordstrom and the Four Seasons helped refined my interpersonal skills and how to handle different situations such as deescalating irate customers, adhering to special requests and creating a superb and consistent customer experience. I was then able to broaden my customer service skills to the technical aspect while working at Smashtech. Being able to learn different online platforms, conveying a pleasant experience via these platforms and over the phone was a rewarding experience and something I have thrived in. I'm excited for the opportunity to work remotely as I have done most of my schooling online and had the chance to work from home and have come to enjoy working in my own space. I'm able to narrow my focus even more and get tasks done much quicker then in an office environment. In my free time I love to explore the new city I have moved to and learn the nooks and crannies of San Diego. I am a massive sports fan, try to play a daily game of chess and try to learn something new everyday. As I have gotten older the importance of diving into learning music, language and more about the world motivates me to maximize each day.
