I first applied to SPI Global. I was first trained and assigned to a TV provider (DISH-United States Account) voice account in Makati City site of the company. Then I was able to take exam to be an email and chat support for a new account that the company has in Ortigas Site (Harry & David- United States Account). I stayed for 5 months then I looked for better opportunity near my place.
I applied for a Provider Contact Center here in Pasay City ( BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD- US Account). I was first trained for benefit and basic claim concerns of the doctors. After 9 months, I was promoted as a Claim Specialist. As a Claim Specialist, we are handling 50% calls and 50% of our time is answering mail from doctors or what they call"providers"; we handle complex claim concerns of the doctors. I stayed 1 and a half year then I decided to look for home-based job.
