Allow me to talk a little bit about myself. I have a total of around 16 working years, where 13 years of it was working in a Call Center Industry. 8 out of 13 years were spent doing reports automation, data analysis, and presentation. Which I was able to generate extensive data to be used for analysis and created more comprehensive dashboards for the recipients. I’ve also been a call center representative, a quality evaluator, and a supervisor. I was able to get my team to the third rank for the annual performance ranking.
The remaining three years were spent doing a work-from-home experience, whereas two years were about general virtual tasks, property management, and recruiting. And I contributed significantly to the organization of our team because that was the first time our employer hired offshore employees. I was also working as an assistant to our CEO, where I do tasks for him, such as flight cancellation, doctor appointments, car registration, and other various tasks that he needs help with.
That sums up my professional side. As a person, I am usually silent at first, but I tend to get noisy and silly when I get comfortable.
