Milcah Zeneth Balibalos

I started my career with Kabuscorp De Laguna Football Club as their Secretary, Treasurer, and the assistant of the CEO wherein I organize meetings and events, run executive meetings, interview players, and deal with different calls from different football teams here in the Philippines for a year (Jan 2014-Jan 2015). I worked for MMJ Company and managed phone calls and emails, prepare daily reports, managed the company's calendar and made appointments, organized meetings and sent daily reminders, also provided administrative assistance and common accounting duties from March 2015 to January 2022. Worked as a customer service representative with TaskUs for 6 months from September 2021-March 2022, recognized as “Oct-December Top 1 Performer". Resolve 100+ weekly customer inquiries via phone and email, track trends in customer feedback and collaborate with management to determine the root cause of issues, resolved complex issues and win customer loyalty, and demonstrated customer empathy. Worked as a VA for a New York based company for September 2021 to present, I am handling mostly administrative tasks and data entry, I have done audio editing for various online classes, basic graphic design for social media posts and did research as well.
