I have been working as an IT technician for more then 10 years. I can say that you need to always adopt and acquire new skills because of the changes in technology.

I worked with consumer and enterprise customer globally and it gave me the experience on how to work with different types of users.

When I am free, I always study IT related thing to keep my self on track.
