I am currently an Application Specialist at Natref specializing in Power Platform Tools and Robotics Process Automation (RPA). I am responsible for creating business solutions using Power Platform tools i.e. PowerApps, Power Automate and PowerBI and C#. In addition to this, I do Automation of business processes end-to-end (RPA, RDA, and Automation) using Workflows and Robotic Process Automation.

I am a well-rounded ICT Specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. Unique experience that covers both sides of the business, the system/application development and business side. I started my journey as a Developer, responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of applications. It is during this time where I crafted my business analysis, system analysis and database skills. I also had the opportunity to lead projects that are cross-functional and touched many applications.

I then moved into the SAP space for a short period, I was responsible for functional design and content management on the SAP Portal. I had the opportunity to work on the migration of SAP Portals project and I was leader of the content stream. Later, I moved into the Knowledge Management space where I was responsible for document management and creating platforms (Communities of Practices) that allow knowledge sharing among Scientists and Engineers in the Research and Development Department. We used SharePoint and Livelink to deliver solutions. I then moved into the Business Intelligence space. I was responsible for management of information and reporting for the IT Department. I was responsible for sourcing and rolling out of a visualization tool called Tableau.
