I work in a office set-up for almost 6 years. My first job was an HR Assistant that focuses on Compensation and Benefits in Metrobank, Philippines but only lasted for 3 months due to work location. My last job was in Bank of the Philippine Islands where in I spent my 1 1/2 years as an Administrative Assistant of an Executive Vice President. I answer emails and phone calls, do various reports and organize events for the bank employees. While my 3 1/2 years, I worked as a Bank Teller or Customer Service Associate. I validate client transactions and answering clients complaints/queries about bank products and services. When I resigned to my office based job. I had a 3 months experience as a Chat Moderator in LMS. I am good in client handling and payment processing. I am also very keen to details, knows confidentiality and validating documents. Also, I easily adjust to my environment and willing to accept new learning.
