My names are Monica Nthetema Phiri. I am based in Johannesburg South Africa. I am a professional work from home consultant. I hold 2 diplomas in Journalism and Travel and Tourism. I have 10 years experience in the industry. I have worked as a team leader, quality assessor, customer services consultant, Social media Administrator, sales consultant, retention consultant, Training and Support and i have gained knowledge and experience in administration.

I have very good spoken, written and understanding of English.

I am a quick learner, team player, deadline driven, i am helpful where i see that there is a shortfall of man power. I adapt to any given environment and any changes. I pay attention to details, i am well organised, i manage my time effectively. I do not allow my personal issues to get into my way and affect my job.
