My name is Mritunjai Vashishtha. I have started my carrer with concentrix as French Language Associate and the process was Amazon.fr - E-mail\Call.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 E- Mail

• Responding customer email

• Responding transporters email

• Filling transporter form for package delivery enquiry, supplementary information

• Determining the product description error and escalate it to product group department

• Making investigation on transporters for lost package

Call

• Making call to transporter for scheduling delivery date, time and address for customers.

• Updating package status.

• Attending customer calls regarding their order enquiry, product related enquiry etc.

• Internal calls between partner sites of amazon.fr.

Currently I am working as a freelancer in French as well as in English.
