Giving them the unique reference number for identification and easy retrieval whenever required. • Supervise & monitor the Document Control Department, Document Controllers & Assistant Document Controllers and assign activities to them. • Conduct interviews of secretarial / clerical and Document Control Department staff for new projects. Provide training & guideline regarding documentation to new employees.
