I was ecstatic to find this opening on LinkedIn as I have been actively pursuing an opportunity here because I feel that my previous work experience make me a perfect fit for the role. I have completed my Bcom at Ryerson University specializing in accounting. I have also successfully completed the CFE in September 2018 after going through the complete CPA PEP process. Throughout my studies, I have learned problem solving, analytical, self-management and leadership skills that I am will be able to apply and build upon with the Auditor General I have over 4 years of experience in public accounting with 3+ years of those being at a mid size CPA firm, MNP LLP. I have gained tremendous experience working at MNP LLP. I started as an Accounting Technician in February 2017. This gave me a very strong base in accounting knowledge since I was responsible for all the accounting functions for many different types of business that consisted of completing their day to day bookkeeping, year end entries, financial statement preparation and the tax work for both the corporation and individuals.
