Hi! I am Myla, I've worked as a Data Encoder in one of the BPO industries that caters Real Estate services for 1 year and 4 months. I performed tasks such as billing and checking of records pertaining to clients concern where in accuracy, quality and fast typing speed were the main focus or requirements aside from hitting the target productivity.
I also worked in the BPO company that caters Creative services in one of the Advertising companies in the US. I was assigned to work as a proofreader and later on became an Operation Supervisor. My job focused on the administrative task, planning, tracking quality and productivity progress, handling emails, reporting using MS Office and handling people.
